Sky Tavern plans to develop the only bike park in the area offering terrain where riders build upon on their skills, graduating from beginner to intermediate and advanced levels.

Dear Ski Tavern Members,

By now you have seen the ads for two events this weekend. Both are huge fundraisers for the program, a vital part of what we do. Fees only cover a percentage of what the ski area really costs to run. Please share these events with your friends and plan to drop by to help out, drop off a toy or bike for the kids of Paradise, do some Christmas shopping or buy a day on the slopes with skiing legends for your buddy that has everything! Sky Tavern has a lot to prove in that winter still matters around the Truckee Meadows through the success of these events. Lets prove that the culture Marce Herz started of kids outside and active in winter back in 1948, is even more vital today.

I hope to see you all this weekend. Snow showed up and it is time to get Sky Tavern moving. (Schedule below)

There will be mountains of skis, boards, boots and clothing at great deals.

Winter is here. Everyone needs new gloves!

We are collecting toys and bikes to send to Paradise. We have a trailer leaving Sunday morning to help make Christmas a little better for those kids. Please drop off that bike the kids outgrew

There will be food trucks and a bounce house too. Free admission
